The plant has a wide variety of molding equipment including: injection, shuttle-injection, compression and transfer presses. This variety of equipment allows for the molding of tiny silicone parts all the way up to 6x12 foot Viton seals. This facility also has a Tooling department that facilitates the in-house manufacture of molds, tools and fixtures. The plant also has extruding and production die cutting facilities. In addition the facility is outfitted with large volume cryogenic deflashing capability.
In 2010 the plant was expanded to approximately 30,000 square feet and was reorganized for operational efficiency. A new cold storage room was added for raw material, a new climate controlled coatings room was added for painting and rubber-to-metal bonding prep, the Tooling department was enlarged and new plant offices were added. The new addition also houses new high-density inventory storage that allowed for more efficient use of floor space in the plant. The facility is a one stop shop for all your elastomeric needs.
