::  Waverly, Iowa

In 1994 construction was completed on the Waverly corporate headquarters, a state of the art 20,000 square foot concrete facility. This facility was professionally designed to allow for smooth, efficient flow of raw material in one dock and finished product out the other. This is also the primary production manufacturing facility for the corporation. Two ultra modern 390 ton shuttle inject presses anchor the injection capabilities of the company.  Compression and transfer molding are also utilized when the job calls for a different process. The company manufactures its own tooling, does production die cutting and has paint facilities for rubber to metal bonding.  In addition the facility is outfitted with large volume cryogenic deflashing capability. The facility is a one stop shop for all your elastomeric needs.
